Website Plan Terms

Websites starting from AUD $99 per month. This is an invitation to enquire about a business website plan. A final written quote is required before any work or payment commitment begins.

Scope and eligibility

The starting figure applies to a website plan whose scope is agreed with MySisco ICT. We review your requirements to confirm whether the starting plan is suitable. Page count, design scope, content preparation, revisions, hosting, domain services, maintenance and support inclusions must be stated in the quote.

Complete price and commitment

Before you accept, your quote must confirm the monthly amount, applicable GST treatment, any setup fee or other unavoidable charge, any minimum term and the total minimum commitment. This website does not specify or impose a minimum term. Do not rely on the monthly headline alone when comparing the full cost.

Additional requirements

Ecommerce, custom applications, premium integrations, paid plugins, advertising spend and additional work are not automatically included. Any extra requirement and its fee must be expressly agreed. Domain, hosting, content ownership and access arrangements are also confirmed in writing.

Changes, cancellation and ongoing support

Delivery timing, change requests, payment dates, renewal, cancellation, transfer and support arrangements are governed by the agreement you accept. Ask us to clarify these before proceeding. A site enquiry is not an acceptance of a contract.

Availability and rights

Offer availability and suitability are confirmed when you enquire. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
