Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MySisco ICT handles information shared through this website and related enquiries. The guided enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not submit your answers to a website database.
1. Who we are
MySisco ICT provides website, digital marketing and business technology services. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, contact the Director at info@mysisco.com.au or 07 3153 3040. Postal correspondence: 4 Darnick St, Underwood QLD 4119, Australia.
2. Information you choose to provide
An enquiry may include your name, business, email address, telephone number, location, website, industry, project requirements, indicative budget and preferred contact arrangements. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive information in an enquiry.
3. How collection works
Form answers remain in the current browser page while you complete the steps. Selecting “Prepare enquiry email” passes those answers to your chosen email application. MySisco receives the information only if you send the email. We may also receive information when you call, email us directly or use a linked support service. If you do not provide necessary contact or project information, we may be unable to respond fully.
4. Technical information and external services
The hosting and delivery services used to display this website may process technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and security or diagnostic logs. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service. This site does not include a separately installed advertising pixel, analytics dashboard or an ecommerce checkout. The hosting platform may use essential session or security technologies governed by its own policies.
5. Why information is used
We use information provided to respond to enquiries, understand requirements, prepare proposals, arrange services, provide support and maintain related business communications. Information may also be used to manage security, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. An enquiry is not permission to add you to unrelated marketing campaigns.
6. Service providers and overseas processing
Relevant information may be handled through email, hosting, cloud, communications and support providers involved in delivering the requested service. These providers may operate in Australia or overseas. Processing locations depend on the provider and service selected; contact us for information about the providers relevant to your enquiry before supplying information that requires location-specific handling. External websites, including Google, AnyDesk, the helpdesk and Boost Your Reviews, have their own privacy practices.
7. Storage, security and retention
This website does not store completed enquiries in a site database. Enquiries you send may be retained in business email and service records for the purpose of responding and administering the relevant work, and where records are required by law. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for that purpose. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure; do not send credentials through the enquiry form.
8. Access, correction and choices
You can contact us to request access to information held about you, ask for a correction or discuss a privacy concern. We may need to confirm your identity and clarify the records requested. Requests will be considered subject to applicable legal requirements. You may make a general enquiry without identifying yourself where practical, although some services require contact details.
9. Complaints
Please send a privacy complaint to info@mysisco.com.au, describing the issue and the outcome you seek. We will consider the complaint and aim to respond within 30 days. If the matter is unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for information about available complaint options.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when the website’s information handling changes. New forms, analytics, accounts or payment features may require revised notices before they are introduced.
